Cascadia:
Leader of a national competition team selected to acquire a $50 million, 4,200 acre master planned community entitled for 6,000 residential units and 3,000 jobs.

St. Johns Waterfront:
Acquired a mile of waterfront industrial land and completed a full federal Environmental Impact Statement for a residential master planned community.
Urban Residential & Mixed Use
Pacific Tower:
Directed all phases of finance, design, construction and lease up of an award winning 16 story urban affordable apartment building. Chinatown Portland, OR.
5th Avenue Place:
Directed the design, finance and construction of a 70 unit, six story affordable apartment and retail building. Transit Mall Portland, OR.
Stadium Station Apartments:
Acquired the land and managed the debt and equity structure of a 106 unit six story transit oriented apartment building. Foothills Neighborhood Portland, OR.
The WestShore Mixed-Use:
Directed all phases of a 113 unit mixed use apartment and 250 space parking garage development. Created an innovative air rights condominium with two owners and two financial structures. Skidmore District Portland, Or.
Oldtown Garage & Retail:
Purchased four industrial buildings and 7/8 of a city block in the Oldtown Neighborhood of downtown Portland, OR. Converted the buildings into a 100 space secured garage and retail mixed-use complex.
Whidden & Lewis Tower:
Managed the concept/schematic design, development and finance for a 14 story, half-block, $86 million residential and mixed-use Class A tower in the Oldtown neighborhood of Portland, OR.
Providence Academy Master Plan:
Provided real estate advisory, master planning and development services for the acquisition and development of 7 acres of urban land and a national historic landmark building in downtown Vancouver, Washington.
Historic Renovations
Hotel Alder:
Acquired and renovated a national historic landmark building into 99 units of affordable apartments with ground floor restaurant and gaming center. Downtown Portland, OR.
Service Enriched Senior Housing
Cherry Park Plaza Senior Housing:
Directed finance and construction of a 80 unit service enriched market rate senior housing facility. Troutdale, OR.
Clare Bridge Memory Care:
Sourced land, entitlements and constructed four (4) 60 unit market rate memory care facilities for ALTERRA Corp, the largest national owner/operator in the US. Troutdale, Beaverton, Salem and Bend, OR.
Summit Springs Village Senior Assisted Living:
Financed and constructed a 32 unit service enriched assisted living facility. Condon, OR.
Tamarack Court Senior Apartments:
Financed and constructed a 38 unit independent senior apartments. LaGrande, OR.

RiverPlace & Marina Mixed-Use:
Acquired public ownership/control of 74 blocks of downtown waterfront land, completed master plan, freeway, utility, park and marina improvements. Negotiated Phase I and Phase II development partnerships. South Waterfront Portland, OR.
Pioneer Courthouse Square:
Managed design and construction of an award winning transit center and urban open space in the heart of the downtown retail core. Portland, Oregon.
Waterfront Park & Salmon Springs Fountain:
Co-Designed Salmon Springs Fountain and managed construction of Tom McCall Waterfront Park on Portland, Oregon’s downtown Waterfront.
